Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Little Stars operate a very simple Cancellation and Refund policy so that everyone finds it easy to understand and interpret.

Holiday Workshops:

If you wish to cancel the booking one week after booking the event, we will move your child to another holiday workshop of your choice for that particular school holiday or the very next school holiday.

If you cancel the booking or change your mind then we will move your booking to the next available school holiday.

If you cancel with one month or less to go you will forfeit 50% of your fee.

If you cancel with less than 2 weeks to go you will forfeit 100% of the fee.

We will try to move your child to another time within the school holiday but if a holiday workshop is oversubscribed we will have to put them onto the waiting list.

Weekly Classes;

We will give you half a terms notice if we wish to cancel the club and we expect the same from you the school. Any fees due to us for early termination will result in the full fees being made payable to us.

Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
